Amaury de la Lance
Chief Executive Officer
During a career spanning over 20 years in the financial and new technologies industries, Amaury has held various senior executive positions at HSBC, Crédit Agricole and Banque Indosuez within the corporate finance, financial markets and private banking sectors. His IT achievements include developing the first intranet system for trading floors based on Lotus Notes and the Internet in the mid-1990s. Amaury also designed the first reporting and trading website for the private banking sector in Luxembourg and France. Before creating Aston iTrade Finance, Amaury worked at Netgem, a leading interactive TV provider, where he developed an online sales service for banks and large organisations across Europe. Amaury is a management graduate of the ESCP Business School in Paris and the University of Berkeley.
Aymeric
Executive Vice President, R&D Marketing & Sales
Aymeric was previously Sales Director at Microsoft and has acquired over 20 years’ experience in business development with the world’s leading cloud and SaaS providers. He is a seasoned professional in selling SaaS solutions to businesses.
After graduating from the EDHEC Business School, Aymeric began his career with Oracle as a sales executive, before joining the Microsoft Group during the new technologies explosion in the mid-2000s, where he held various positions in the sales management team before joining ASTON ITF as Chief Sales Officer.
Cléa
Product owner
Cléa is responsible for defining the functional developments and upgrades to the ASTON platforms and designing/analysing the functional aspects of new modules in liaison with the in-house TechOps teams and the project teams of the company’s customers and partners.
She is in charge of leading internal projects on various A/R aspects, including accounting, risk management, credit insurance, reminders & collection, factoring and business intelligence.
She also oversees special projects developed for and with financial institutions (worldwide banks and credit insurers).
Cléa graduated with a master’s degree from the ICN Business School with specialisation in corporate finance.

Jacques Trauman
Jacques Trauman can draw strength from over 30 years’ expertise in the international banking sector and has worked for such leading organisations as the Bank of Boston, American Express, Paribas and BNP Paribas. He was Chief Executive of Paribas Japan & Head of Northern Asia, as well as Chief Executive of BNP Paribas Mexico, before ultimately being given responsibility for all emerging markets (Latin America, Asia and the Middle East). Jacques has also written several award-winning books on finance.
Jean-Pierre Gaertner
Jean-Pierre Gaertner has amassed over 25 years’ experience in factoring and international finance. He founded SFF, the very first factoring company in France, and has held senior executive positions in large European factoring organisations, such as Eurofactor.
He has also created and managed factoring companies in Morocco, Tunisia, Greece, Africa and the Middle East.
Jean-Pierre Gaertner is a world-renowned expert and has cooperated with international organisations, including the International Factor Group (IFG) and the World Bank.
Jean Michel Billaut
Jean-Michel Billaut has spent several years playing an instrumental role in developing the digital economy. His is the President & Founder of the BNP Paribas Workshop, he was voted Digital Personality of 2010 by Acsel (association for the digital economy), he is the recipient of the Digital Society Developer’s Award 2011, he has blazed a trail through the innovation and new technologies sector, he co-founded Internet Fair, he is the mastermind behind several associations in the digital sector, and he received the Legion of Honour from former President Jacques Chirac for his role in developing the Internet. His blog (e-billautshow) features one of the highest visitor numbers in France’s new technologies sector and provides Internet entrepreneurs with a platform to gain greater awareness.

François Enaud
After graduating as a structural and civil engineer in 1978, François began his career with Colas, before deciding to join IT engineering firm Steria late 1983.
At the age of 38, he was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing a company with 2,500 employees. His primary objective was to ramp up the company’s development with a view to its IPO, which he managed to achieve in 18 months.
François Enaud is currently Executive Senior Advisor at Aston iTrade Finance.
His leadership mantras are “make complicated things simple” and “encourage initiative-taking at every level”.
Etienne de Lasteyrie
In addition to a master’s degree in banking & finance from the University of Paris II – Assas, Etienne de Lasteyrie also holds a postgraduate diploma in banking and financial techniques. He began his career in strategy consulting firms focusing on the challenges facing the automotive and chemical industries, before specialising in mergers and acquisitions for Paris-based investment banks. Etienne de Lasteyrie joined Ricol Lasteyrie in 2003 and has been Managing Partner since September 2010. He played an important role within the Financial Opinions section before focusing exclusively on financing strategy issues. He recently worked on mergers and acquisitions in the media, hospitality and distribution industries.
